Book a year-round guided clear kayak tour from our Crystal River dock. Stay dry, look through a clear-bottom panel, and paddle toward Three Sisters Springs and Kings Bay.
Guided Kayak Tours
Compare our guided kayak experiences and choose the tour that fits your day on the water.
The Clear Kayak Tour is a year-round guided paddle from our dock in a clear-bottom kayak. You stay in the boat, look through the viewing panel, and follow a local guide through the protected canals toward Three Sisters Springs and Kings Bay.
Beginners are welcome. The guide handles the route and group pace while you watch for fish, eelgrass, spring color changes, and wildlife beneath or beside the boat. It is a dry tour from dock to dock, with no swimming.
The viewing panel keeps the water part of the trip without turning the day into a swim. You feel the water, steer the boat, and get the look-down moment people want from a clear kayak while the familiar hull remains practical for a real guided paddle.
When Three Sisters Springs is open, stopping or entering is typical but depends on the guide, the group, conditions, sanctuary rules, and the day’s route. Your guide makes that call and keeps the experience organized from launch to return.
Full-clear kayaks make the boat the visual event. We use clear-bottom kayaks because the viewing panel delivers the look-down moment while the familiar hull remains comfortable and practical for a real guided paddle.
Your tour includes a local guide, clear-bottom kayak, paddle, and U.S. Coast Guard-approved life vest. Plan on about 2.5 to 3 hours from the same-dock launch and return.
The tour is offered year-round by reservation. Availability depends on guide schedule, weather, water conditions, and current access rules. Use Choose a Tour to see the available guided options for your date.
